Dispatch & Shipping

1. Domestic shipping (within India)

  We offer free shipping all over India for the prepaid orders

  Cash On Delivery is available across most pin codes in India.  A nominal COD charge will be applied at check out.

Dispatch time: Ready to dispatch products will be dispatched generally in 24-48 working hours after placing an order and Prebooking products will be dispatched as mentioned in the respective product details.

In case of pre-paid orders, we ship the parcel on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm

Delivery time: The expected shipping – delivery time frame is 5 to 7 working days; it can be 2 to 3 days more in season time and in case of remote delivery destinations.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

3. Order Processing & Delays

        Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

        In case of any unexpected delay, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

        Made-to-order or customized pieces may take additional time; this will be mentioned in the product description if applicable.

4. Address Accuracy

         Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Skyline sports wears will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
